The client had a previous design when contacting us, which we used as a starting point. In this garden we found significant unevenness in the land when carrying out the work, so we had to level the land by making earth retentions with rocks weighing more than a ton. The terrace was taken into account in the design, giving prominence to the planters, creating a tropical area, giving height and placing low flowering plants in the other planters.

The client, an architect, contacted us seeking advice to deal with the unevenness of the terrain. At the time of work we decided to build terraces with rockery, managing to level the land and creating spaces to plant. Once the problem of unevenness has been resolved, we focus on the design of the garden, with the aim of giving it a tropical and Mediterranean air. A weather-resistant variety of sod was used on the lawn, and we also planted exemplary olive trees, giving the house a Mediterranean touch. 

We started from scratch, we offered a garden proposal that was economical but not low in quality, we took into account low water consumption and low maintenance, the plant proposal was a tropical plant combined with a Mediterranean plant respecting the straight lines of housing.

In this garden, plants with high tolerance to strong winds and saltpeter were prioritized, since it is located on a cliff on the seafront. We designed the garden taking advantage of every corner since it has a small space but with great views. We took into account at all times the charm of the house, giving importance to tropical plants and cacti. We also plant palm trees to give a height detail in the garden.

This project was a reform of a garden that was built from scratch with the old property, always respecting the lines of the house with a Majorcan style. Our proposal was a garden with low maintenance and water consumption, giving importance to native exemplary plants. Together with the owners, we design a garden according to their needs, respecting the specimens of the old property.

The property developed a design for the future garden reinforced by our advice. In the pool waterfall area, a lush and varied tropical area was created. We decided to give priority to the lawn areas by placing an underground irrigation blanket. The lawns are rolls of high-resistance and high-quality sod. The plants are a combination of tropical and Mediterranean plants respecting the modern lines of the house.
